Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

1. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. 

2. We offer standard shipping options with delivery times varying based on location and selected shipping method. 

3. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

4. We currently only ship within the United States.

Returns:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. To initiate a return, please contact us at marlodesigned@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

3. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Returns will not be accepted on custom orders unless there is a clear defect. To request a return for a custom order due to defect, please email us a photo of the defect to marlodesigned@gmail.com for authorization prior to returning the item.

5. If the defect is determined to be at fault of Marlodesignco, LLC, a return shipping label will be emailed to the email address associated with your order.

6. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Any requests for refunds beyond 30 days of delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
